The Virtual Team Booster is an online team building activity, specially designed for remote workers. This is an online digital event, which gives a boost to everyone’s motivation and a way to connect across distances and time zones! Whether your employees are newcomers or seasoned professionals working remotely, our virtual team building offers novelty, fun and interactions between all participants, regardless of their location.
Our Game master welcomes participants in a virtual chat room and briefly explains the rules of the Virtual Team Booster. Each participant is assigned to a team and off you go!
The goal of the game is to carry out photographic missions or solve riddles and challenges with your team to collect a maximum of points. Sometimes it’s important to be quick, other times collective intelligence and creativity are needed. A good understanding within the team and a clear distribution of roles are important factors to come out a winner in the end.
Once a mission is completed, the next one starts immediately after. Finding, building, tinkering and having fun are the order of the day! The excitement, the score and the degree of difficulty increase from one mission to another!
The rhythm of play is fixed only by the time allotted for each test (approximately 3 minutes) and by the shared emulation between participants to reach the maximum score within his team. Everyone’s contribution is extremely precious, because the spontaneity, interaction and creativity of everyone are important factors in the group’s success.
Once the event is completed, participants can share an Aperobox during a video-apero, allowing to socialize with all participants! We can arrange the delivery of such Aperobox through our network of partners upon request!
The technical needs of this innovative online event are within everyone’s reach. Each participant will use a smartphone and a laptop or desktop computer with webcam. We use your videoconferencing solution for the implementation of the event, or ours if you do not have one.
Of course, you will receive as a souvenir all the photos and videos taken at the end. We also offer the possibility of producing and sending a photo album of this event with all the photos taken during the game, which will allow everyone to keep a vivid memory of this experience spent together!
